if i had to do it again i would not have painted the body as it has turned out better than i thought

For actual bashing, maybe run a lexan shell...

Yea I'm thinking about trying to find a lexan beeetle body for mine too. The VXL system is fun on 2S. I tried 3S once but the stock tires couldn't handle that kind of power. I was also afraid of breaking something.
