Slash 2wd drive running slow
My slash is running around half it's normal speed for some reason, I changed out the esc and the motor still the same speed thanks in advance for helping

You may have set it to "Learning Mode" accidentally. Learning mode limits the top speed to 50%
Turn on the transmitter and plug a fully charged battery into the truck..
Press down and hold in on the start button on the ESC.
When the led goes out it will come back on and start flashing a sequence of flashes in red.
One flash , two flashes, three flashes and then repeats; 1, 2, 3, etc...
When it cycles around and flashes one time release the start button and the led will turn green. It should now be in normal mode.
1 flash= normal mode
2 flashes = race mode
3 flashes = training mode.
