Question Not sure whether to choose 13.5T or 17.5T Brushless

Hi, I have a 1/10 4wd truck which I'm looking to upgrade to a brushless setup. I'm am beginning to pull my head around all this new brushless stuff but I still can't decide between 17.5T or 13.5T motor. I only bash my car around the park and have no interest in racing. Some people have said that for applications similar to mine, a 17.5T is the way to go whilst others have said 13.5T. I am looking for a balance between top speed and torque but am leaning very slightly towards speed as I usually have a very large, open area to play with. What are your thoughts/opinions?
Thanks in advance.

What truck?

You definitely want a 550 (3656-ish) sized motor for more torque. Something like a HobbyWing WP-SC8 EZRun (3400Kv~4000Kv) motor combo is my first thoughts without knowing which platform.

Oh sorry, the truck is a HSP trophy truck (see here), it comes out of the box with a 2000kv brushed 540. I'd like to stick the with the 540 size.

13.5T for sure. A 17.5 even gets too hot in a 1/10 SCT, wouldn't want to see it in a 4WD RC car.
