Default Danchee ridgerock

Hello. I was wondering if anyone has a ridgerock from danchee. It’s a rock crawler. It comes with a 2s battery. I have seen people on YouTube use a 3s lipo and I wanted to know if anyone has any long term experience with that. If it causes issues or anything over a period of time.

What is the ESC rated for? If it came rated for 3S LiPo batteries... have at it. If increasing the voltage just to gain some speed, and make the crawler into more of a rock bouncer... sure, you'll be increasing wear-n-tear. But, the beauty of hobby grade RCs... replace the parts that break, and maybe adjust a few things here, and there to make the durability fit your driving style.

There is a crawler section here on RCU that maybe someone there can give you a definitive answer. I also know RCCrawler.com has a lot more people doing what you're doing, and more threads specifically about your RC.
