Default Differentials

Hey With my Tamiya TA04-r Should I tighgten the screws on the ball diffs of leave them slightly loose?

Hi

Im pretty sure these are the same as the pro 2 diffs. If they are, tighten the diff untill it dosent slip. to cheek if it slips hold the belt with ur thumb. stop the other whell from turning some how and turn the other wheel if u can turn it while the belt and the other wheel stay in one place then the screw is to lose.

tamiya (infact any car) uses a spring type ball diff. therefore u have to tighthen it till its hand thight, nothing more (thighten it up till u have to use extra force and stop before than).

ok thanks that helped......now its not excessevly tight but not too loose is that how it should be or should i just tighten it till it dont go no further?
