I just wanted to take a minute to tell people about Pro-Match racing.

I own several of their matched packs, which have worked extremely well for me. The thing that sets them apart, however, is the level of customer service. The owner, Jeff Roe, is extremely helpful, and always willing to lend his expertise. He even helped me figure out the bahavior of my Futaba CDR-5000, letting me draw on his knowledge of batteries and chargers.

I get better customer support for my batteries than my charger. Go figure.

If doing business with someone who stands behind their product is important, you can't go wrong with Pro-Match.

Jeez...I sound like a freakin' commercial.

Agreed.. PM is awesome. I bought a pack from them a few months back which was sposta be a 1.170-1.175 range. I got it, and it was exactly a 1.170 pack. So I wrote and complained that the one I got was the bare minimum that qualified for that price range. Within an hour I had an email back saying I could send it back for an exchange. I replied that I'd hafta keep it since I needed it for the weekend (this was on a Thursday I believe). So, they said to run it and send it back on Monday. I ran it, took TQ and the win with it.. I still have that pack, cuz I couldn't part with it.

Promatch = Pro-fessional grade, packs AND people.
