Default control problems

while my car was working, there were a couple problems i thought id ask you guys about so i know what to look for when i get it running again. the first was sudden turning while it was at least half the range of the radio. is that what u call glitching? and also, there were times when the throttle control wouldnt work. i dont remember it happening on a newly charged battery, but i kept thinking it was low on batteries. so the car would be stopped, wouldnt go. after 30 seconds, it might start up and go like normal. other times i would lift the back end and the wheels would move as they should and i could set it down and drive like normal. any cause for it to stop responding like that? the steering would still work.

is there a great faq that answers questions like these? ive done a decent search and havent found anything, i mostly stopped because i found these forums but is there any resource to help beginners with info like this?

The steering jerks are probably glitching.

the loss of throttle on a low battery is normal too -- if there's low power, your steering gets the power so you don't wreck the car.
