Depends on the surface you are running on..

hard packed tacky clay - silicone coated foam
hard packed dry clay - non-coated foam
loose dirt - pins, long ones for really loose, short ones for not-so loose
concrete - treaded rubber tires
asphalt - rubber slicks or foams
sand - paddles
mud - paddles

3 options for TC use. Foam's, slicks, silicones. Not that simple (wish it werr) there are millions of different traction compounds out there, many different foam, slick and silicone compounds out there (we all know speeds are the best) But... thats 'if' you have a TC, if your running ST look at speeds post up there^^^ Heres my pede/mt recomendations

MT use: 4 different options, all terrain tires (masher 2k) strickly off-road (IMEX pullers) stricktly on-road (road hawgs) track (pins, short or long)

You going to tell us what your secrit car is?

I personaly use HPI slicks, they work for me, as for foams, depends on who you ask, I use orion foams, and speedmind foams, they work, but im not racing all that much, and serously the best looking and from what I hear proforming silicones are from speed.

from what i seen shocks have alot to do with turning. have you adjusted the trim on your controler. mine you can adjust how much you turn when you turn the steering. i found that if you are having trouble getting around a corner kick it down and your ass end will swing around. but don't do it to much or you will do a 180. boooooo on 180's. i am looking into gett some all terrain ones cause i have a track that is half cement and half dirt and rocks. any suggestions? don't mean to barge in on your thread but starting another one would kinda pointless.
