TC3 racing
I bought a rolling TC3 chassis off ebay with a brand new prepainted body for 80 bucks. So now I want to start racing in the stock touring class with a few of the local drivers. What is the best competition radio for the money? Another quick question was what's a good stock motor for reliablity and speed? I was looking at all of the Trinity ones and the Associated MVP. I like the Trinity Monster horsepower and how many tooth pinion gear should I use.

The best radio depends which price range you're willing to pay for. I have a Hitec Lynx sport, its decent, but i beleive that as long as it has the basics its more than enough, I have no need for fancy LCD's and adjustable steering wheel and whatever. As for the motor, im not really sure which to choose out of those.

I use the KO Propo EX-10 Helios which is an awesome Radio. But I suggest the 3PM a lot of the people on this board use it.
And the Trinity Monster Horsepower is an awesome motor

I like the looks of the new sensor and the other one. they both have (crap i forget what its called) but it is bassically a rx and radio that you NEVER have to change crystals. it finds its own frequency and locks it out. pretty neat. the sensor is just a beast. but it is like 450.

RE: TC3 racing
for a tc3 running a stock motor i would personly start with a 72 sour and a 23 pinion and work from there. For reliability go for the p2k2 a truly superb motor and seems to have a great life inbetween skimms. If you need anyhelp setting up the tc3 let me know. Good luck.
