fighter buggy rx
sorry am new to the world of rc and have bought a fighter buggy rx and want to tune it but am very confused can any one help, where to start?

The first thing that I would do if you want speed is replace the stock mechanical speed control and servo with an inexpensive electronic speed control. After that you can upgrade that old silver can motor. I would recomend starting with a 19 turn. It is a good mix of speed and runtime. Just make sure that what ever motor you buy has MORE turns than the speed control is rated for. If you get a speed control that is for 20 turns or more and drop a 16 turn motor in you will fry the ESC.
