I don't think there is an ESC 30 dollars or less period... if it is 30 then it probably sucks but the only ones I know that can handel 12 turns is novak GTX AE QC2,3 and the GTB and the Rooster and the dually buy all of those cost in the 100's

At Discount Hobby Warehouse they have a Duratrax Tazer 15 for 29.99 plust tax. This is the cheapest in the market, but only 15T. LHS people did not recomend it because it has limited features.

If you want to go with a fast motor, you got to get a quality ESC that can handle it.
