thanks, so far I have come across the need for front lower a-arms both sides, 1 front carrier, front shock(original, monster beetle one on there now), want to replace the small bushings in the difs with bearings, need to size them up and find them. owners manual doesn't give the size. the msc needs a cleanin' and some new wiring. other then that the rest seems to be in decent shape.

cool thanks, not to sure which one the sport shot is but I'll browse ebay fer a bit see what I can find.... guy had a set a bearings, but it was from across the pond and going for something like $50 after shipping.... all the bearings in the shot are 5x11 except 4 smaller ones in the tranny's.

well after 1 hour of sorting and building i have this built so far
i can complete bolth the buggys and still have left over parts

these r just trial fits to find out what i needed if anything (looks like all i need is a few tranny parts for one of them ) i still have to go thru all the stuff and clean and figure out how to remove the crappy paint from the plastic parts or at least repaint so that all the parts match

thanks for taking the time to post the pics. these are the broken parts i'm lookin' for. along with the 8mm ball connectors, the metal ball plates, and the plastic discs. your a-arms are aftermarket? and the carrier is not the same..... I appreciate the offer and effort but I am looking to use same as original parts. hopefully I can find a good deal on ebay for a parts lot with the stuff I need.

thanks again

matt

added a few last miniut touches to the prototype its really solid now no signs of any chassis flrx and it seems really well balnced esp with the mid motor mount setup i cnat wit to get some elect installed for some test runs once i make shure it runs good i then have to strip the whole thing down sand and then put a finish on the chassis
