Default New To Board / Coming Back to Hobby

Hello all, I am new to the board and gonna start in the R/C hobby again. I'm planning on building a Nitro3SS Firebird, and going to buy my friend a Shelby Cobra kit... but I can't find a kit anywhere...and was wondering if there was anyone on here that could help me on getting this put together for him. I noticed that Parma makes the body for the Cobra, but anyone have a suggestion on a basic chassis to get for him. He just bought this car and thought it would be fun to give him something to drive when he can't drive his real one
Thanks

James

Kewl, I appreciate your work. I couldn't find that Cobra kit anywhere. I'm probably gonna be mine next week. :-) I'm so ready to get back into the R/C world... I've been out for... um... 7 years.

Thanks
James
