yeah. built it about a week ago. curently have a tekin rebel 2 speed control (doesnt fit under the body so i cant use my fresh body yet) and a speedgems extreem 17turn mod motor. it will keep up with my bros new emaxx, which is impressive considering its only a single speed up to a 2 speed. i run a brushless in my stree tcar and love the feel of it and i really want to put one into my DI. im prdering a mamba on monday i think.

dog bit it so it got an air flow system
The only hop-ups you really need unless you are racing is the slipper and maybey CVD's but I have fixed the dogbone problem

hey when it comes to power, the more the better. usually. i mean if its not gonna tear the crap out of my gear box the nyeah i want it. but if its gonna eat my gears as soo nas i put it in the ni dont.

No, your gear will be fine.. but you will lose run time.. and in dirt, you can't put down that much power anyway.. I wouldn't be surprised that a lowered power BL system will win in a race.. but for bashing, it is all good..

mostly bashing. no 4wd electric class right now. if i can show them i have fast enoug hlap times they will let me run with 1/8 though. i already talked to the track owners. they said if my DI had enough power to go that fast and be that quick and take the jumps good enough, the ni could run with them. and right now my 17 turn aint near enough to run with a nitro 1/8. haha

I would reconsider putting that 7700 kv Mamba in the DI. You will not be able to control it easily at all in dirt, and your runtimes will be noticeably shorter than the 5700kv. I would just stick with the 5700 IMO.

at my track they do. LONG straight on the front. big one on the back to but it has a bunch of jumps so you dont get up to full speed. and the quickness out of the turns makes a difference too.
