Default esc heat problem

i was just wondering how hot should my esc be to be normal. Its been feeling realllly hot after a 10 minutes run. I have a Peak jaguar 17 turn motor, and an intellispeed 16 turn esc, and 1700 mah trinity batterys, i forget my pinion gear size, or my spur gear, but i dont think thats the problem, so anyone pleasee help.

Default RE: esc heat problem

oh yeah and just to let you know, this is a trinity t-spec, not a truck, so that might make a difference.
