well, the tt-01 is a good stable chassis to start out with, but i think you should buy a tamiya ta-05, much more solid, and has many many more upgrades avaliable, only thing is that it isnt shaft driven, its belt driven, but that should give u a little bit more accel, and you can upgrade everything to carbon fiber down the raod if ur interested, they sell a huge selection of parts for it on ebay, adn with the right motor/ pinion (and esc ofcorse) you can make that baby go super fast, its also not bad for the stock, which is pretty speedy.
