Does my Buggy look suitable for a new Co27 pro? [pics] ITT
I'm going to buy a trinity Co27 pro motor for my buggy and see if I can make this run faster, I'm still undecided whether to get the Co27 pro or the p2k2 pro.
Is it ok to spend $30 on a Co27 pro for this, or is it a waste for this kind of racing?

Haha I'll go with it. Right now my car is using a stock mabushi motor, I think its around 18,000 RPM 27T, do you think this Co27 will make this off road roll faster?

well let put it this way, the co27 has almost 22,000 rpm's on 5 volts, that alone already tells you its faster, but cars dont run mostly on 5 volts they run on 6 cells which is 7.4 volts. so do the math. 22,000/5 =4400 , take that number and times it by 7.4, 4400*7.4 = 32 ,500 rpms. so yes its a much more powerful motor

Oh and by the way, 6 sub-C NiCd batteries are 7.2v

2S lipo is 7.4V.
Well, it is also true that the RPM does not increase linearly, but a linear approximation is good enough ^_^

you are correct, i made a typo. but the rpm numbers from 7.4 adjusted to 7.2 really doesnt change alot.

I got new treads for my Outrage, notice on the picture that my current ones are a bit worn out.
