I have a question about the Ant 100 ESC. I am building a RC tank, and will be using it with a pair of motors, one for each tread, for scrub-style steering. My question is, does it allow the motors to run in reverse, or does it only brake and speed them up in one direction? Thanks in advance.

Yes, the Ant 100 allows the motors to reverse.
I have one installed in my tank and it works quite well.
