Cool! I have 2 XXCRs that I bought used off of ebay. I'd really like to upgrade them. Currently, parts seem to be readily available on ebay. I'm always on the lookout for new bodies, too. I'm looking forward to reading more posts and to contributing some of my own.

Here're my buggies. They came with the paint jobs - can't take credit for them. I want to paint my own, though. Sorry for the poor quality of the pics - I'm a lousy photographer!

I'd love to know if the Evader bodies will work. Good tip about checking for Evader parts, too.

Losi Parts House has a decent list of replacement parts for the XX and XXt.

Well, I'm probably just talking to myself because this thread died a while ago, but it's worth the strange looks I might get. I ignored my Aftershock and EMaxx for a change and got one of my XXCRs out and on the road, or rather, off the road , today. I had one helluva good time and the buggy performed really well. For added kicks, I used a Futaba Magnum AM radio that refuses to die to pilot the car. I wanted to jam to AC/DC Live to complete the blast from the past, but I don't think the neighbors would have approved. A good, honest, old school day.

Thanks Cheech. It's nice to "hear" another voice in xx/xx-t land!
