Default Uh slight problem...help.

This has happened the last few runs. I charge up the battery and put it in my truck and it runs at about one-forth speed and has terrible axceleration. The battery is a reedy gp3300. I've had the batt for a long time but recently the connecter was ripped off and I connected another one and taped the wires togather. The first run or two it was fine. Then now this problem. So does this sound like I need a new battery or something else?

Thanks.

I didn't think of that but I seriously doubt its the brushes. They only have 6-7 runs on them at the most.

They still could be the problem.. If you improperly broken them in, or they chipped, they might be causing binding.. Or the brush face isn't fully contacting the comm.

That would be my first guess.

You need to learn how to solder.
