Tobee is japanese and they are good quality parts.
From the general consensus, yeah racing is about the lowest brand of hopups you can get for your DI.
3racing has the highest quality from the chinese manufacturers, then you get into the japanese made parts from tamiya, square, tobee, 5 stars...
I suggest you go for tobee if price is not such a big factor for you.
