Default bad push using one way front diff

I have an RS4 pro 4 and i have a terrible push through the corners. I am running the Front One-way differential.....is this part of my problem? I think i had heard befor ethat this will cause your car to push as it has no slip to it.

thanks

the car gets into the corner good when u are off power, but starts to push in the centre. If i stay off of the throttle it will turn but i am lossing so much ground in the corner to the other rs4 sprints and sports i am running against because i have to slow the car down so bad. Seems like whatever i do with trying to get more grip in the front end, i just cant get through the corner. Will the ball bearing slip diff help me in this area? We are racing on a tight oval.
