what are you talking about?

are you talking about chassis roll?
No im saying that if you landed on the rear end of the rustler while jumping it would hit the motor which would cause some damage if not major damage.

almost. I had a little run(50 feet) before the connection broke. but it doesnt count because it was with 12 dead cells. drove about like it did with 6 cells on the 5700 mamba. it wasnt anything special but I may have to bump it up to 4s to get any speed. 15/54 is the tallest gearing I have that will fit it.

yeah it looks like 28/?

not really shure how he got the pinion on that big shaft, becuase I attempted to drill out a pinion once and my dril bits would barely take the pain/coating off of it.

On my brushless rustler I decided to use 32p as well. Its so much more durable! Im currently geared at 10/54 with a VXL ESC and a Novak Velocity 5.5r motor.

I dont think it will backflip completely but it will definetaly be a show! The rustler is 2wd so it will be difficult for it to do a complete stationary backflip because if it was a 4wd the extra momentum from the front wheels spinning help it flip easier.

It still doesnt matter. Look at how easy it is for a 4wd r/c to do a backflip off of a ramp and then look at how much more work a 2wd r/c has to do just to get it to flip. 4wd r/c's have alot more momentum during backflips which will make it easier to do a stationary backflip compared to a 2wd r/c.

the backflips are caused by the centrifical force from the tires and therefore the more tires you have spinnig the better it will backflip.
and the heavier your tires are the better you can backflip.

I couldnt get a soldering gun yesterday, but im hoping to get one today. Then I will do a mini write up.

my brushless hpi mt2 with mm 7s fiegao and 52/10 gearing with masher 2000s will do a standing start backflip on 2s but 3s is simply too much power and looks like a four wheel drive dragster blowing the tires into 8 inch diameter one inch wide pizza cutters, 8xl and 12 cells is more like an 1/8 setup, in a 10th crazy speeds and chassing destroying wrecks await lol

Im guessin im going to need more gearing because the 8xl is only 2084k/v. But the lipos never seise to amaze me on what they make a car do. I dont really think im going to be trying any backflips because my motor wires, esc, and batteries arent really secured that tight. I cant seem to find any better ways to keep them secured.

but in an atempt to reduce wheelies I mounted the receiver battery literally on top of the bumper pointing forward.(no body here)

its gonna stay 14/46 but i need 5s to go any faster then 35mph

and the wanderer 9xl is even lower kv then the feigao

ill just leave the 10k center diff oil in that i have now, it will unload the front diff and keep it from wheeli-ing
