RE: What are good nitro chassis to convert to electric
This would be cool. Coverting a Losi 8 to electric. I dont know, but I'm addicted to buggies.
Id just like to have one to make the nitro drivers eat my dust.[>:]

j.m.
It is off 2 degrees. This was our first effort in doing a conversion and the head was off in y axis alignment. It has been fixed now. But it has had no problems and we have been running it for ovar a year and a half. Same pinion and spurr gear. The biggest reason I put up both the first and the latest was to show that it can be done very simple (the second photo) with a minium of machine working. Or you can get very clean and nice with a little more work. Here is a link to my build on the latest Jato E3.6

Yes those are 30 series Wabash ProLine rims with IMEX 2.8 tires on them. We stripped off the chrome (they dont make black) and them used a plastic formulated paint. Here is my review on them.
