What is a good way to clean my new stampede with at home stuff?

This is what someone else does (not me). Take out motor,esc,servo,etc (everything). and clean with WD-40 or other cleaning solution.

Take out the electronics, the entire transmission, and all the bearings...............then throw it in the dishwasher

for light cleaning, meaning i dont take anything apart, i use aerosol dust remover(those cans that just spray are to clean off your computer ect.) an extra bonus of having this product is that when my motor gets hot, i spray the can with the can upside down, this sprays out the cooling chemical. this stuff is so cold, that if you spray it on you skin, youll get frost bite. try not to spray it on plastics, heating then cooling plastics quickly aint good for them.

air conpresser. for the quick cleaning, i just wipe it off with a brush...

I use electric motor cleaner to clean almost my whole truck. Pretty effective.
