Default Can the EVX made by Novak handle this?

I have these motors in my E-Maxx and they're way better then Titans but would I be able to use dual 8-cell packs? I know they EVX(novak made) is rated at 16.8 but if these motors are made for more volts to be put to them than 16.8v. I think 16-cells(19.2v) they should be more efficient and draw less amps. Making it possible with a stock EVX, right?
Or am I pushing it too far.
How much is it if I had to warrenty the EVX without water damage?

Heres the link to the motors
