Default Question about the bearing in a brushless motor.

The Velociti manual has said 50 runs the bearing has to be replaced.
How much does this cost?

I have not even ran the motor for the first time yet, should I put a drop of oil on the bearing to extend the bearings life..

you can take it out and degrease it, then lube it up with trinity bearing oil. I would not suggest any other oil (especially 3 in 1). It won't have to be replaced after 50 runs either. More like 300. After 50 it might be worn down a little, and that's it.

I can tell you a trick about the 3 in 1 oil. If you get a Q-tip and just ADD 1 DROP to the Q-tip then gently
touch the bearing half way around, then the bearings will not attract dirt. I have done it before and it does work.
People at the track said you can do that with 3 in 1, but definitly not with WD-40.

any liquid oil will attract dirt. if you want a clean bearing all the time completly de-grease the bearing and lightly dust graphite lube onto it. its a dry lubricant so i wont attract any dirt.
