you don't have to pay for a darn thing to get the coupon codes

they email them to me all the time (especially when I haven't bought anything in awhile)

i made a pack on cheapbatterypacks.com it has...
7 cells $5.70 each so 39.9 for all batterys and i got a Upgrade Charge which is end to end solder and copper bars where applicable. Makes for the lowest resistance. for $7 in all which is a total of $46.90 for everything, good deal?

hockey, I never "received" that offer from TH. I found it online (retailmenot.com) and when I put it in, that message did come up off to the side of the screen. However, the code was accepted when I placed my order this morning. I believe it's just a generic message that you have entered a code, and either it works or it doesn't.

Also, TH might have a list of everyone who signed up to recieve e-mail offers, and only let them use those codes. So you might want to try signing up and then logging in with that e-mail address to see if it'll take.

If you're up for soldering, those 3300mAh 8-cell packs w/ deans at all-battery for $15.99 would be prime candidates for a rebuild.

don't know if you could get a good battery for $50. especially not 7 cell. you should spend the money to get the maxamps NiMh packs.

Yeah, pick up the 8-cell pack (since it's the cheapest on the site) and rebuild it using 7-cells
