Default lipo and charger questions

If i am getting this charger http://www.maxamps.com/Eos6i-AC-DC.htm with this battery http://www.maxamps.com/proddetail.ph...74-Pack&cat=74 i would not need to buy a balancer because in the charger's description it says "This charger balances your pack while it's charging." so i deont need a balancer? and since the battery i want to get is 7.4 Volts would it work with this charger although it says "11-15V DC or 110-240V AC " but it also says " 1-6 Lipo" so can i use this battery wiht this charger?

is it possible to cycle lipo batterys? why or why not?

with this charger in order to charge my batterys do i need to buy a cord in order to charge from a dc?

This one is even cheaper but doesn't have the built in balancer. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXKSY1

i'm not sure. but i don't see anything on the maxamps page that says it would. it might be bad to store the batteries in that weather, but i don't think it would hurt to run them.
