thanks a lot! I charged one of them at 1c when it was brand new. The rest i will charge at .4amps first. will the one that i charged 1c die out faster or what? what happens exactly?

You should break them in with about 5 charges on .5A, then after that you can work up to 3.6 to 4 amps.
