Evader hopups
What kind of hop ups should I do on my Evader EXT to make it a little faster. Maybe a better motor or what gearing should I change too? Not wanting to spend more than about $50-75 right now. Thanks

Adding one battery cell for 7 is a great cheap way to make faster.

Personally for that much money I'd buy this motor http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXLXT7&P=ML It has a good combo of torque and speed.
Thats leaves you with 20-45 dollars left over. From there it would be smart to invest in some better tires (ones that have foam inserts). To me bearings aren't worth the 25 friggin dollars they want to charge for them. You won't notice a huge difference unless you go brushless or the like. I guess if you have money left over and its burning a hole in your pocket, you could get the bearings.
There isn't a whole lot you can do to make it super fast without getting a lower turn esc and motor.
