Shumacher Cat 2000
Just bought a used Cat 2000 rolling chasis.
When I put the motor in the pinion gear that I put in the motor shaft is short of the spur gear.
Am I missing a part that goes onto the motor shaft?
Any help sure would be appreciated.
Thank you
MILO

What do you mean by "short of the spur gear"?
Do you mean that if you slide the motor as far forward the pinion gear wont mesh with the spur gear. Or the spur gear sticks out too far from the motor plate?
A picture would help a lot, that is if you got a camera handy.

move the pinion out further on the shaft, or this might be a turn it around thng. nothing gos on the shaft other than the pinion. unless some numb nuts built the clutch wrong and its so far out its in another postcode. spring on the outside....
