What's your opinion on the [link=http://www.hobbyhobby.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=24_214_262&products_id=886]Losi 118 Mini-T Stadium Truck[/link] or the [link=http://www.hobbyhobby.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=24_214_432&products_id=20955]Duratrax Evader EXT RTR[/link]?

RE: Recommendation for kids
I have a Losi Mini LST2 which is similar to the Mini-T. It's good for running in the backyard where space is limited and it handles jumps and bumps very well but IMO if you have enough room you'll get more enjoyment from a larger truck. 1/10 scale trucks aren't that much more expensive than the mini's and they aren't as fragile. The larger size makes them easier to see at far distances and easier to control. Traxxas non-brushless trucks are perfect for beginners IMO. They aren't quite race-ready but they are great bashers.

RE: Recommendation for kids
hello boys, well my boy is 4, at 3 he started out with a 20$ toys r us toy. then i let him up grade to my 20 year old tamiya mid night pumpkin. we ll he did awsome, so know we want some thing better? we drive mostly in road or grass. i think 4x4 would be better, but no 4x4 was cheap or maybe as durable as a stampede wich i chose for him. i just hope it does well in the grass.
