there are two "ears" on each pin, you need to push them "closed" and then pull them out.
if you are changing connectors why don't you just cut it off right behind the tamiya connector, trim back some of the silicone and then you 'll have nice clean, new wire exposed.

Looking at the end of it there are two tiny tabs (tangs) that keep the pins in. Use a tiny screwdriver to pry the tabs in. Then the pin will pull out easily. Bend tangs back out to re-install.

mine is different from my charger but i got it hooked up to work right. it just looks differnt but its hooked up right. that made a big difference my airsoft gun shoots alot faster now. cant wait to get a adapter to try out my 3000 mah battery instead of the 1500mah battery
