who made the RIPPER? it was a 4wd/4ws buggy that was in production in the early 90's? i want to say it was made by tamiya but i searched their site and some of their fan sites and i dont think that was it.

RE: vintage 4wd 4ws buggy RIPPER?
The Royal Ripper was a knock off of the Tamiya HotShot but it did add 4WS. I never owned the car but I did have a chance to look one over several times as the LHS had one on the counter for a long time back when I was a kid. Looked like a fun car but I knew nothing back then and it looked too complicated for me..
If I stumbled across one today I might have to pick it up.
