Front or Rear wheels? I notice that if I tighten the nut to far on my XXX-T's fronts, they will not spin. I just back the nut out a 1/4 turn then it's great. Try that and see.

Well its the front and even if i do back them out they still bind or whatever its called.

So they won't spin correctly even if the nut is off? If you have the bearings inside the wheel, check them, maybe you have one in there crooked.

Well it works when the nut is totally off but when its even close to tight it binds.

Ok well do you have the Bearings and spacer installed inside the wheel correctly?
Only other thing I can think of is that maybe you don't have the washer that goes between the wheel and the nut.

I've tried everything. I put the washer in the inside of the wheel and now it doesn't bind until i tighten it fully so this may be ok.

makr sure the small lip kidna thing on the spacer in facing onto the bearing, and tighten it up fully, then back off 1/4 to 1/2 a turn.

Sounds like the wheel might be hitting the tie road. My T4 had the same problem with the Jaco wheels. I ended up shaving 1/16" off the wheel and it worked for me. That's easy with a foam tire, not so easy with a rubber tire.
