Bag A contains every parts needed for step 1.. Bag B contains everything for step 2..

I guess someone prefer this type of organization..

Usually Tamiya does it differently..

LB, 1400 will not last very long with a b/l
I got pretty good run times out of my 6 cell IB1400 packs running BL in my Mini Quake. Never timed, but I would venture 15-20 minutes.

I can only find 1400mAh for the 2/3A size....
Elite 1500s, can be had from cheapbatterypacks.com, but I never had issues with my 2 IB1400 packs.

I am not going to get any Elite cells.. I have a SxS pack from Elite (4500mAh) and 2 cells has gone bad so far... [&:]

My GP3300 has no problem, IB-4200 has no problem, etc.
