The trucks and tanks are really nice to have. They are more scale than most of the vehicles out today. The cost is also getting high as well with all the MCU items but it does add alot of scale type realizm to the project.
My Leopard is getting a little old now and parts availability is getting to be an issue now.
My rigs are in various stages of upgrade and if build one stock and do not include all the electronic upgrades then the cost is not that bad.

RE: LETS SEE YOUR TAMIYA RIGS
I have the old school variety of the Leopard. It has the single motor and twin clutches that control
the tank tracks. I have a pic which I will post. It is a little dusty at the moment.
I don't plan on adding more truck to my inventory. I wanted to add a set of aluminum wheels to
the trucks I had but since the Tamiya sets only replace the outside wheels so I descided against it. I've
seen a website that has more accessories and different wheels for the rigs. That has me wanting to
get a couple of different trailers that they carry.

Nice tank, James!
Have either of you seen the new rc 1/35 tamiya panther?
I hope it's better than the old 1/35 scale tanks. The rc system doesn't work the best.

RE: LETS SEE YOUR TAMIYA RIGS
The local hobby stores do not carry the much of the Tamiya line. The more scale
items are too expensive and do not move fast enough. Hobbytown is the LHS in our
area. They cater to the RTR on-road croud and the off-road group. We also have R/C
Hobbies here locally but they also cater to the same type of croud because that were
the money is.
I was laid off my job in Feb so I have been giving the R/C vehicles (cars, truck,
helicopters, and planes) a little break until I can get a full time employment again.
