Default BEST ELECTRIC CAR

I am looking to get my first electric car. I dont really like belt driven. What is a good kit or RTR? I want to go fast. I am not going to race, but I want one that is race ready. What about a pan car? Any info would help. Let me know what you guys are running

TC3 or TT-01 depending on your budget, how much you want to upgrade, etc.

Do they even make a TC3 electric still? I could spend 300-400 dollars, with radio, motor, and esc. I am looking at the RC12R5 Pan car. What would be a good motor esc combo? I am thinking Novak. Maybe the GTB system, but what turn, 3.5-7.5? What are people running, and how fast can they go?

no they DO NOT make the tc3 anymore..dont know why people wouldnt suggest the TC4
if you go with the 12R5 I would get the lrp sphere and the 6.5 motor...(That will be incredibly fast especially in a 1/10 pan car)

hpi pro 4, tc4 or yokomo sd ssg are great shaft drives. i'd get a bd though i you plan on racing at a track. bd's are alot smoother on the throttle and most tracks are groomed so you don't have to worry about rocks in the belts

Go for Losi xxx-s brushless. You get everything RTR and would be competitive if you decided to race. Cant remember if its 279 or 379 either way novak brushless, jr radio, lipo ready if needed! Best bang for buck! In my opinion for price range and quality. Don't let belt driven get you down. Low maintenance and simple!
