will 1/18 brushless motor fit my rc10l
will a brushless motor designed to fit a 1/18 scale car fit my rc10lss? im not a racer, just bashing. my lhs has a 1/18 combo "on clearence for 50 bucks. dont want to buy it and the darn thing wont fit, or give me descent performance. i figured it might be a good fit because pancars weigh next to nothin compared to most 1/10 scale cars and ive seen some 1/18 scale cars fly with those tiny motors.
also what is the best way to store foam tires. i have them in a ziplock bag. any chemical i should put on them to help them "last" or not deteriorate. ive been told to use the cleaner SIMPLE GREEN but ive also been told i can use that as traction compound. dont want them to get too soft. will storing them after cleaning them with the stuff break the foam down too much?[
thanx in advance for the help

RE: will 1/18 brushless motor fit my rc10l
It likely will not even bolt up to your chassis. If it does I dont think the 10L is as light as a 18th car, plus the larger tires are harder to push around. For $50 its hard to pass it up, but keep in mind it may be a waste.
I would go with a simple EZRun ESC and Motor from Hobbypartz.com. You could get one shipped for close to that price that would definitely fit and perform great.

you will be very happy with this system and they ship fast.
