G2 Screen FREEZE

G2 Screen FREEZE
Has anyone had the problem when the plane or heli is in the center of the screen the screen freezes and the computer locks up.
I'm using G2, Usb controller, windows 98 and ati radeon card.
just thought I'd check here before calling support ( i actually found the answer here to a previous question AFTER I called support who told me the cd was bad - it wasn't.....!)

Sometimes just pressing Esc immediately after the freeze, will unfreeze it.
