Phoenix 5 performance question

I am running Phoenix 5 on my TOSHIBA Laptop and find the airplane physics slow to the real world. I am also running RealFlight 3.5 and 4.5 and the 3D performance is slow to me. I think it is ok for learning a new maneuver. I have increased the SIM speed from 100 to 120% and do not see a difference. Even roll rate is slow. Anyone using RF and Phoenix 5 please give me your input.

I ran the SIM for 3 days running slow and I cannot explain why it is working fine today. I did update the Phoenix 5 yesterday but after the update there was no change. Turned it on today and all the planes fly like I would expect. I think powering down the laptop changed something. I had to put the SIM speed back to 100%
Problem solved.

Yes, that is true but this is the first time I have ever had an upgrade to software not prompted me to restart or do it automatically. I am not too happy with the out of the box performance of this SIM. Not happy with the product info supplied on the CD. Manual ?
