Default Setting Wind in Real Flight Basic

How do I set the wind on my RealFlight Basic? Thanks for the help. Why don't they include instructions with this edition?

There is some settings you can get to for each airport through the menu on the top of the game.
Simulation-Settings- Wind and Weather-Global Wind-Turbulence System.
You highlight number by clicking on it then input a value from keyboard, and you can get some
crazy flying weather.
They have to be reset each time you fly unless you save the airport, but be sure to rename
the airport to a different name so you have the original airport conditions to go back to.
