Can I upgrade a Real Flight version 3.5 to the very latest version?? Without buying just a brand new version!

Yes as long as you have the Interlink and your serial numbers are registered to you.

The upgrade to RealFlight 7.5 is for versions 4 and higher. The upgrade is not offered to 3.5 and earlier versions.
