Default Fastest speed

Exuse me if this has been discussed. I don't have the Real Flight yet, but soon.
I am using Ripmax sim, and I got some planes to approach 250 mph.
I was wondering what kind of speeds you guys get in other sims.
What a blast flying that fast.

I haven't modified any planes/engines yet, but I have tried the F-86 and F-15 and end up with about 205-215 mph in level flight. A dive from 4000 ft gives a speed of almost 300 mph.

I got the Add-On package #3 a couple of days ago. I then selected the B-17 and replaced the OS 52 4-stokes with 43 lb. AMT turbines! The plane gets to 400 mph and then starts all over again from 0 mph. The plane actually (not just the numbers on the screen) stalls and then stars to pick up speed again. Must be a limitation of the program. Try it, it is very fun!!

I've done this also. It's a blast. You can do this with a prop plane with alot of mods. to the plane and the motor. If you put a 100mph back wind and you can get the gould speed up to 500! It's a blast.
