I dont know where i got these instructions since it was so long ago. But after a nasty crash and chore of re-doing my rf setup, i was pulling my hair out trying to find the site where i obtained them. in any case, i found the original paperwork and decided to reproduce it for anyone who may be looking. if anyone knows who the original author is let me know so i can give him his due credit.
