Does any one know of, or have, a simulator that works with the XP. My old one does not. Please let me know. I am looking to find software for jet practice.

migdriver,
"Virtual R/C Flight" is just plain FMS!
I don't know why pjcowleyhotmail.com, who is selling simple FMS parallel cables (costing less than $5 to manufacture) on eBay, calls it "Virtual R/C Flight"!
If you read his auction description carefully:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1729332658
it says "does not currently support windows 2000/XP". This is a BS to start with: FMS works fine in 2000/XP as long as you are using a decent, microchip-based, cable--either a TX-to-joystick interface (works with all sims in all Windows versions) or, so called, PIC-based (FMS-only) interface.
The cable you've got with "Virtual R/C Flight" will only work with FMS and only under Windows 95/98/ME.
Read FMS description on the official FMS page:
http://n.ethz.ch/student/mmoeller/fms/index_e.html
as well as people's discussions at the main FMS forum:
http://cgi.ethz.ch/~mmoeller/cgi-bin.../ikonboard.cgi
Hope this helps,
Boris

I have RealFlight "classic" on a laptop running XP, and using Lew Engineering's RCJOY USB interface. The software runs like a champ. Just make sure you have downloaded the most recent update from the RF website.
