I tried to use the help section to find where the wind settings are at. It showed how to set them, but didn't say where they are at. Where are they?

On the menu bar across the top of the screen click on airport. weather conditions are down about 8 on the drop down list. You can make the adjustments that you want from there. Or while the game is running just hit the letter w on the keyboard, This will take you to the same place just faster.
