Hi,
I have loaded Aerofly professional onto my PC and it works with my USB joystick, but not with a JR transmitter on the supplied interface.
My system is:
Windows Version 98SE (4.10 (Build 2222))
Athlon XP2000+ Processor
Hecules Radeon 9600 Pro Graphic card
On board sound on MSI K7T266 Pro2 motherboard
512Mb of RAM
AeroFly Professional version number 1.2.9
JR X-378 Transmitter (on PPM mode)
System has also been run on a selective startup with no additional programs running.
On the tm.log file is does appear to find the interface and gives the following (extracted from the tm.log file)
tminput: checking for transmitter on comport 1=found, but no signal, t=19
tminput: checking for transmitter on comport 2=(receiving) none
tminput: closing comport
I have tried the transmitter with the power switch off and the power switch on, still does not work.
I have also tried a different transmitter, a JR PCM10 and it still doesn't work.
Has anyone got Aerofly professional to work with a JR transmitter?
Help!!!!!!
Many thanks,
Jack

My JR radios (2) did not work with this software either, luck was with me as I also have a HiTec that worked fine, so I am using it with this sim. I would like to solve the JR problem though. I also need help!

I had this problem and the cause was the connector, the interface comes with a stereo connector. I made a stereo to mono adaptor, and it works ok now.

Thanks CubanFlyer,
I've made a stereo to mono adapter and the flight sim works fine now. Very inpressed with Aerofly Professional, well worth the mony.
Regards,
Jack
