Does anyone know of a good plane that I can try hovering and knife edges and stuff like that? I want a lot of practice before I ever think about trying it. Any help would be great.

After trying many over the last year, the Majestic seems to be the best at hovering; the file is available for download at :
http://www.rcsim.de
Search for Majestic; it will download with 3-versions - 3d, mild, and fast.
Enjoy hovering.

All the planes on this page are great for hovering, rolling circles, etc. The F-Air even has an optimized par file for hovering. I prefer the ultimate biplanes though.
